500g Prawns (Jhinga) – cleaned and washed
2 tbsp White vinegar
1 glass of Water
100 ml Mustard oil
2 large Onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
4 to 5 whole Green chilies
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
½ tsp Garam masala powder
Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
